Privacy policy

How we use and protect personal information.

This notice explains how Agent Days handles information from website visitors, subscribers, event attendees, prospects, clients and people involved in delivering our services.

Last updated: 27 August 2026

Clear information. Controlled use.

Agent Days is currently an unincorporated business operated by Tristan Ader. It is responsible for personal information used for our own website, communications, sales and administration. When we process information solely on a client's documented instructions, the client is normally the controller and we act as processor.

Who we are

Tristan Ader, trading as Agent Days, is the controller for the processing described in this notice. Agent Days is not currently incorporated. Our trading address is 3D1 Zetland House, 5-25 Scrutton Street, London EC2A 4HJ.

Contact us at agent@agentdays.co or call +44 (0)208 106 1937. If a future Agent Days company assumes responsibility for this processing, this notice will be updated before that change takes effect.

Information we collect

We may collect names, job titles, organisations, business contact details, phone numbers, newsletter and event preferences, consultation bookings, communications, course interests, project instructions, contract and billing records, and information needed to deliver agreed work.

Our website and hosting providers may also process IP addresses, device information, timestamps and security logs. We do not intentionally request special-category or criminal-offence information through public forms.

How information reaches us

Information may come directly from you through the website, email, telephone, an event, a consultation booking or a client project. It may also come from your employer, public business websites, Companies House, professional networks or a referral.

Why we use it and our lawful bases

Subscriptions and events

We use consent to send the Agent Days Advisory and event invitations. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time.

Enquiries and services

We use information to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver Advisory, Gauge, Engage, No-code and Train work, provide support and manage the client relationship. The usual bases are steps before a contract, performance of a contract and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the business.

Administration and security

We process accounting, contractual and security information where necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, service protection and the establishment or defence of legal claims.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where necessary with providers supporting website hosting, secure infrastructure, forms and workflow processing, email distribution, consultation booking, events, accounting, payment, professional advice and controlled AI-assisted delivery.

Current website forms route information through our managed n8n workflow service on Hetzner-hosted infrastructure. The Agent Days Advisory is distributed through beehiiv. Consultation bookings are handled through Calendly. Event registrations may be handled through Eventbrite once an event is published. Providers receive only the information needed for their function and are subject to applicable contractual and legal duties.

International transfers

Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, together with proportionate technical and contractual controls.

Retention
  • Newsletter and event records are kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, plus a minimal suppression record where needed to respect that choice.
  • Unsuccessful enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
  • Client, contract, invoice and project administration records are normally retained for up to six years after the relationship ends.
  • Website registration and conversion records in the operational system are reviewed at least quarterly and removed when they are no longer needed for the purpose collected.
  • Operational backups are retained on a rolling schedule for recovery and expire automatically; data in a protected backup is put beyond ordinary use until that backup expires.

We may retain information longer where law, litigation, fraud prevention or an active dispute requires it.

Cookies and website technology

The current preview website does not intentionally use non-essential advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. Essential technologies may be used for secure delivery, forms and the functionality you request. If non-essential analytics or marketing technology is introduced, this notice and the website consent controls will be updated before it is used where consent is required.

AI-assisted processing

We may use business-grade AI tools to support research, analysis, drafting, knowledge organisation, workflow design and quality assurance. We apply human review, access controls and data-minimisation rules appropriate to the work. Client information is not placed into consumer AI services without an agreed and appropriate basis.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to be informed, access information, correct it, request deletion, restrict processing, receive portable data, object and withdraw consent. These rights are not absolute and depend on the lawful basis and applicable exemptions.

Your right to object

You can object to direct marketing at any time. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to agent@agentdays.co. We may need to verify your identity and normally respond within one month.

Security, complaints and changes

We use proportionate access controls, managed hosting, backups, provider due diligence and incident procedures. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Please contact us first so we can investigate a concern. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office through ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We may update this notice when our services, providers or the law change.
