A.G.E.N.T. Framework · No-code

Build your Business Brain. Then build what AI can do.

Your Business Brain is the maintained context that teaches AI how your business works: its knowledge, rules, examples, decisions and standards. The A.G.E.N.T. Framework is the method we use to direct that intelligence, orchestrate it through practical agents and workflows, and expand its responsibility only when the evidence earns it.

Start
Context comes first

Without a clear account of the business, AI is forced to guess. The result is impressive in a demo and unreliable in the work.

Build
Build the Business Brain

Structure the files, folders, memory, retrieval, QMD, Q&A and Obsidian working knowledge that give AI a dependable view of your organisation.

Outcome
Then build what matters

Once the context is maintained, agents, automations, voice systems and internal workflows can act on the same business reality.

The model does not matter first

NO MATTER IF YOU USE CODEX CLAUDE OR KIMI, WITHOUT A BUSINESS BRAIN ITS WORK WILL BE IRRELEVANT TO YOUR BUSINESS.

It does not matter which model you choose. Codex, Claude, ChatGPT or the next model to arrive will only perform as well as the context it can work from. Before an AI workflow can make a useful decision, it needs a working picture of the business: its language, structure, memory, evidence and rules.

Model agnostic

The brain travels with you

Your business context should not be trapped inside one vendor or one interface. Build the brain once, then give the right model access to the same maintained reality.

The constraint

Models cannot know what you have not given them

Every model can generate an answer. That does not mean it understands your customers, decisions, standards, offers, exceptions or ways of working.

The principle

Workflows amplify what sits beneath

A polished workflow cannot compensate for missing knowledge. Build the brain first and every later model, agent and workflow has something real to work from.

Context engineering

Move from probabilistic possibility to dependable work.

AI will always work with probability. The practical answer is not to pretend otherwise. It is to give the model better infrastructure: the right context, retrieved at the right time, with the right boundaries and a clear route for review. Maintain that infrastructure and the outcomes become more deterministic over time.

Probabilistic reality

AI can interpret, compare, draft and recommend. It works from the information it has, the context it can retrieve and the likelihood of what comes next.

More deterministic work

Good context makes the next action clearer: retrieve the evidence, use the right rule, ask the right question, route the work, record the decision and escalate the exception.

Brains need skills

Context gives AI understanding. Skills give it a way to work.

A Business Brain can contain the right knowledge and still sit idle. AI also needs defined skills: repeatable capabilities for researching, retrieving, reasoning, drafting, checking, routing and taking action inside the context of your business.

Skill design

Turn knowledge into capability

We define what the AI needs to do, what information it should retrieve, which rules it must follow and what a good result looks like.

Business skills

Teach the work, not just the words

Research, qualify, summarise, compare, draft, check, update, escalate and report — each skill grounded in your files, memory, QMD, Obsidian and retrieval layer.

Skill maintenance

Keep capability dependable

Skills improve through examples, review, feedback and clear boundaries. The team maintains the context and the AI gets better at doing the work that matters.

AI compliance for SMEs

AI needs rules before it earns responsibility.

AI compliance is GDPR plus more. It means knowing which data AI can use, how outputs are checked, who owns each decision, what suppliers do with your information and which UK, sector or EU rules apply. We build those controls into the system instead of adding a policy after launch.

01 · Understand the rules

Know which obligations follow each use case

Map where personal data, customer decisions, employment information, regulated activity and EU-facing services are involved. UK data protection, consumer protection, equality, intellectual property, contracts and sector rules may all apply. The EU AI Act may also matter where a system reaches the EU.

02 · Build the evidence

Make compliance visible and maintainable

Create an AI register, named owners, supplier checks, data maps, lawful-basis records, retention controls and proportionate impact assessments. Where personal-data processing is likely to create high risk, a DPIA becomes part of the design rather than paperwork at the end.

03 · Keep humans responsible

Do not automate accountability away

Define what AI may recommend, what a person must approve, how a decision can be challenged and when work escalates. Log important actions, monitor errors, bias and drift, and give customers and staff a clear route to human review.

Agent Days builds practical AI governance and operational controls. Where formal legal interpretation is required, those controls should be reviewed by appropriately qualified counsel.

The deliverables

Build the Business Brain. Then build what it can do.

No-code is the practical layer after the context is in place. We create the structure that makes AI useful, then connect it to the systems, channels and workflows where the business needs leverage.

Business Brain

Give the business a structure AI can read

File and folder architecture, business vocabulary, operating knowledge, memory, source material and ownership arranged so the organisation can be understood across AI tools. The working stack can include QMD, an Obsidian vault and explicit retrieval paths.

Context engineering

Keep the context useful

Design the instructions, retrieval paths, working memory, evidence and review loops that help AI produce more consistent outcomes as the business changes. Context engineering is how QMD, Obsidian and retrieval stay useful rather than becoming a static archive.

Retrieval and Q&A

Make the knowledge findable

Search and question-answering systems that retrieve the right business evidence instead of asking a model to invent an answer from a blank page. We make the retrieval layer explicit, testable and connected to the source material.

Obsidian and QMD

Turn working knowledge into memory

A practical knowledge environment for capturing decisions, relationships, source material and evolving understanding in a form people and AI can use. Obsidian provides the human-facing knowledge graph; QMD helps make that context available to AI.

Marketing systems

Make LinkedIn do useful work

Research, content, campaign and follow-up workflows that connect LinkedIn activity to your positioning, pipeline and human review.

Outreach systems

Follow up with context

Intelligent outreach and follow-up that knows who the person is, what has happened, what matters and when a human should take over.

Voice agents

Put the Business Brain on the phone

Voice-based systems for answering, qualifying, routing and recording conversations, grounded in the same business context as every other channel.

Training pathway

Leave capability behind

Training modules that help your team maintain the context, use the systems intelligently and keep improving what AI can do inside the business.

The outcomes

When AI understands the business, the work changes.

The point is not to add another clever tool. It is to create a shared operating context that lets people and AI make better decisions, earlier, with less repetition and less guesswork.

Understanding

AI has something real to work from

Business knowledge is organised, retrievable and available across the tools your team actually uses.

Consistency

Useful behaviour can repeat

Context, rules, evidence and review paths reduce the gap between a promising answer and a dependable business action.

Leverage

Build more without starting again

Once the brain is maintained, new agents, automations, workflows and training can build on the same foundation.
